I love the fact that you wrote it in the same way you talk on the market open/close. It is quite hard to find articles like this where the author manages to explain very technical details and concepts in a way that everybody can understand. I would love to see a deep dive into MSTR (with a section on MSTY) to compare the two biggest DATs with the two biggest cryptocurrencies.
Couldn’t agree with this take more. You write it I’ll read it! I always appreciate your style and approach. The fair and easy voice you give to the details is unmatched. Keep em coming
This dive is an excellent tool in my own dive into ETH, BMNR, and DATs in general. Tom Lee's thesis seems viable, and the timing couldn't be better with the Genius Act. But Lee's expectations regarding the evolution of tokenization and ETH's potential need to be actualized--that is the potential rub. I'm long BMNR. If anyone can make it happen, it's Lee. Thank you for sharing your research.
Tom has said the first step is 5% but I think he will continue to about 10% and still be a benevolent force for the Eth community. If Tom is right on large-scale financial adoption and people can stomach the Volatility, this will be the opportunity of a decade or longer. I can also see Eth flipping Bitcoin, and it appears Tom is becoming more and more convinced this will happen. Bitcoin is digital gold, and Ethereum is the tech fuel, thus providing greater optionality, functionality, and innovation.
Thank you Amit, I never able to understand crypto in real sense. Now reading this article make lot of sense for my little brain, would like to know your thoughts on who will win the race, Solano, ETH or ADA. Still don’t know the use case for Bitcoin
Hey Amit love the new deep dives you’re doing! With AI data centers projected to drive 8-13% of global electricity demand by 2030. I’ve been eyeing opportunities in power providers and cloud infrastructure. I think it would be amazing if you did deep dives into names like Vistra / CEG for power and a Nebius / Coreweave for cloud infrastructure.
Incredible analysis Amit. With BMNR as my largest holding, I’m doing my best to learn more and more about it every day.
This is by far the most comprehensive deep dive I’ve seen on BMNR yet. Thanks for always addressing both sides of the argument and staying objective. This is an incredibly admirable trait that is necessary for any great investor.
Unc’s just getting started and I’m happy to be on this investing journey with you.
Very thoughtful and thorough thesis. I hold BMNR for the reasons presented. The Tom Lee premium is material because of his hard earned credibility and ability to communicate the accretive dilution dynamic.
Great write up, thank you. I hold some BMNR also. What do you think about the argument of ETH not being the best choice for financial systems, building, etc due to its gas fees during busy network times? I’ve seen gas fees up to $1k before. Insane.
From someone who is the same age and found you on YouTube as I was researching Palantir when I first got serious about investing.. I just gotta say thank you for this and everything you do, Amit!

Great write-up, Amit! One question for you though...
You say you have "a" stake in BMNR; I submit you have more than one.
However, are they medium, or, medium-rare "stakes"?
Always medium well stakes 🤣🤣 thank you for reading!!
Well...I'm looking forward to reading more of your deep-dives! You are like a stock-medium.
Are you and Steve going to Texas Roadhouse on Monday for "stakes"?
